The Cosmetic Bottle and Medicine Bottle Business Division has established a high-end crystal white material glass kiln, which currently stands as one of the largest production kilns for cosmetic bottles within the domestic market. It boasts a daily production capacity of approximately 150 tons of glass melt. Employing an intelligent centralized feeding system, outfitted with a Class 100,000 dust-free purification workshop, and equipped with 9 multi-unit fully intelligent production lines, it is capable of manufacturing over 2 million high-end cosmetic bottles, emulsion bottles, perfume bottles, nail polish bottles, and the like, along with more than 1 million medicine bottles on a daily basis.
The Wine Bottle and Food Bottle Business Division has constructed a high-end premium white material glass kiln, which ranks among the largest production kilns for premium white materials in China. With a daily output of roughly 230 tons of glass melt, and accompanied by 6 supporting multi-unit intelligent production lines, it can produce in excess of 2 million high-end wine bottles and food bottles each day.
The company possesses a fully enclosed deep-processing purification workshop for dust and static electricity removal, spanning an area of over 20,000 square meters. It is complemented by 5 production lines dedicated to spraying, applying decals, peeling films, and firing, as well as more than 10 fully automatic silk screen printing lines. In a single shift, it is able to produce over 250,000 high-end sprayed wine bottles and over 500,000 cosmetic bottles and perfume bottles.
The company is equipped with an 80,000 square meters intelligent warehousing center, integrated with a collaborative operation system of various types of forklifts and automated material handling equipment. It provides support for a rapid response within 12 hours for urgent orders and guarantees nationwide delivery within 72 hours, accurately aligning with the customized logistics timeliness requirements of customers.
